At Serenite 8, health coaching is not about strict diets, quick fixes or trying to “fix” you. A health coach is not someone who hands you a perfect meal plan and expects your whole life to change overnight.
Instead, health coaching focuses on realistic, sustainable changes in everyday life that support your physical and emotional wellbeing over time. Together, we look at your habits, mindset, routines and goals in a way that feels achievable, supportive and grounded in real life.

Meet Klara
I’m Klara, a certified health coach based in the UK. My work brings together years of personal experience with sport and nutrition, formal training in health coaching, and a deep belief that you don’t need to be perfect to live well.
