Health coaching that fits your real life

Health coaching with Serenite 8 is about realistic, sustainable change - not chasing perfection. It’s not about strict diets, judgement, or being handed a plan to “fix” your life.

Instead, health coaching supports you in improving your physical and emotional wellbeing through realistic lifestyle changes that work in everyday life. Together, we look at your habits, mindset and daily life, and create a plan that supports you to move towards your best self in a way that feels achievable and respectful of your current season.

We may explore areas such as nutrition, movement, stress, sleep, self-care, body confidence, habits, routines and the patterns that may be holding you back — always at a pace that feels supportive and realistic.

My Approach

My approach

At times we all need a bit of extra help to feel like ourselves again and to reach our best potential. Lasting wellbeing usually comes from realistic, consistent behaviour changes rather than extreme plans or pressure to be perfect.

When we work together, you can expect a space that is:

  • Tailor-made to you - your goals, your pace and your current season of life

  • Calm and confidential - you can be honest without judgement

  • Focused on real life - we look at your actual habits, routines and challenges, not an ideal schedule that doesn’t exist

  • Supportive and accountable - encouragement and follow-up at a pace that feels manageable

  • Centred on how you feel in your own body - with reasonable steps and habits that build towards your best self over time

  • Curious and reflective - we may explore past patterns around food, movement and self-care (even from childhood) to understand what has held you back, and how to move past those blocks.

Who I work with

Health coaching at Serenite 8 is open to adults, but my main focus and experience is working with women - particularly mothers and women who are juggling many roles.

Many of my clients:

  • Have spent years putting children, work or others first and now want to reconnect with themselves

  • Feel under constant pressure from the modern world, social media and unspoken expectations about their body and lifestyle

  • Feel overwhelmed by trying to juggle household, work and family responsibilities

  • Want a better quality of life - to feel good in their own skin, more complete and fulfilled day-to-day

I’m not the right fit if someone is looking for:

  • A very short-term or “urgent” fix

  • A strict diet plan or extreme regime

  • Rapid transformation without gradual lifestyle change

  • Someone to tell you exactly what to do without reflection or personal responsibility

The work we do together is supportive and compassionate, but it also requires honesty, commitment and willingness to make realistic changes over time.

How health coaching works

1. Free 10-minute trial call
A short call to:

  • Talk through what you’re hoping for

  • Ask questions about how I work

  • See whether it feels like a good fit on both sides

There’s no pressure to sign up during the call - it’s simply a first connection.

2. Initial consultation

  • Length: usually around 60-90 minutes (sometimes up to 2 hours, depending on what you’d like to share).

  • What we cover:

    • Current struggles and priorities

    • Health conditions and relevant medical history

    • Past and current habits around food, movement, rest and stress

    • Your goals - both practical and how you’d like to feel in your body and life

  • What we agree:

    • 2-3 main goals or changes to focus on

    • A few additional “nice to have” changes if realistic

    • A first set of steps between now and the follow-up

You won’t be given a strict diet or an extreme plan. Instead, we’ll focus on practical, sustainable steps that support your health, wellbeing and daily life in a realistic way.

3. Follow-up sessions

  • Frequency: usually every 4-6 weeks, depending on your goals and what feels manageable.

  • What happens:

    • Check in on the goals and steps we agreed

    • Explore what’s working and what feels difficult

    • Adjust the plan where needed

    • Introduce new steps when it makes sense

There’s no fixed minimum number of sessions, but I generally recommend at least the initial consultation plus two follow-ups to allow enough time to see meaningful change.

Pricing

Sessions start from £65 per session.

The right level of support looks different for everyone, depending on your goals and what feels manageable in everyday life. Package options or reduced rates may occasionally be available.

If you’re curious, feel free to get in touch for a calm, no-pressure conversation about what working together could look like.

The kinds of changes we’re working towards

Every journey is unique, and I can’t promise specific results. What we focus on is creating a foundation that supports you long term.

Over time, you might notice:

  • More energy and motivation

  • Kinder, more encouraging self-talk

  • Feeling calmer and less overwhelmed by daily responsibilities

  • Feeling more comfortable and at ease in your own body

  • Clearer, more realistic next steps rather than stopping and starting

  • A sense of living as your “best self”, not someone's idea of perfection

  • More supportive habits around food, movement, sleep and stress that become part of your life
