“Small changes that made a big difference”

I feel that my sessions with Klara have been hugely helpful in identifying wellness goals, and developing a programme of small changes to help achieve them. As a result of our sessions and the written feedback I’ve received from Klara, I have been much more energised about creating and maintaining small changes that I can build on.

Klara’s offered sensible and useful advice that cover emotional and mental wellness, suggestions to support gut health - and her advice on Epsom salts baths seriously reduced my restless leg issues at night.
